…is an interactive, humorous and reading-promoting dance performance with accompanying workshop for children 6-9 years old and families. The performance is based on the book “Folk - främlingar och vänner nån du kanske känner” by Emma and Lisen Adbåge and the Grammy-winning music album “Folk - dikt och toner om personer” by Britta Persson. The audience is invited into the world of Folk where they experience fast-paced dance in combination with interactive movement and sound games as well as dramatic everyday poetry.

Someone buys two packages of powdered mash and someone wonders what happens when you die, someone regrets that it happened to eat the marzipan rose and someone visits romantic cities with only nice weather. Human and shopping cart meet in a tender slow dance, the cheering section chants the content of a found shopping list, a three-headed body machine builds a declaration of love to the stomach, ass and hands. Simply a tribute to the big and the small things in life.
